Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the SikaSight mobile application ("App") or website (sikasight.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the App.

2. Nature of Service

SikaSight is a personal finance intelligence and expense tracking tool designed for Mobile Money users in Ghana. SikaSight is not a bank, licensed deposit-taking institution, or payment processor. We do not hold user funds, initiate unauthorized money transfers, or provide official legal or financial advice.

3. Local Ledger & Statement Integrity

Transaction summaries, budgets, and Trust Standing scores are computed based on historical Mobile Money SMS receipts and user-imported PDF statements. While SikaSight implements cryptographic hashing to verify document consistency, you remain solely responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the statements you import into the App.

4. User Accounts & Subscriptions

Certain features (such as multi-device encrypted cloud backup, multi-year statement stitching, and unlimited AI assistant queries) require an active SikaSight Cloud account. Cloud subscriptions and billing are managed directly through our secure web portal.

5. Termination & Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time directly within the App via Profile & Settings ➔ Delete SikaSight Account or by visiting sikasight.com/delete-account. All cloud data will be immediately erased.
